Leanna Smith
Founder, Virtual Assistant, Chaos Coordinator
The woman behind the scenes, Leanna started her first business at just 18 years old. She did it all- the marketing, the bookkeeping, the client management… And that was before she even got to the job site! Clients consistently praised her hard work, efficiency, and open communication while getting the job done (For real! You can ask them!).
After 10 successful years, she decided to transition from self-employment and started work in medical administration before transitioning into financial admin and office management. Currently, she works days at a finance group and nights running Ivory Desk Virtual Assistants with the help of her Senior Support Team (Pictured below).
Now, with over 15 years of professional experience with everything from running the front desk to creating the SOP’s and systems the front desk runs on, Leanna brings a rare blend of creativity, precision, and operational know-how.

Thomas “Tummy” Smith
Thomas, also known as Tom, Tommy or most affectionately as Tummy, is co-head of the Senior Support Department alongside Jerry. He’s the Head of Headbutts, and he brings all 13 years of life and 9 lives worth of experience to supporting our VA’s emotionally. In his spare time, he enjoys long walks to the food bowl and making biscuits by the dozen!
Jerry “Jere-Bear” Smith
Jerry, also known as Jere-Bear, Gerald or Jeremy, is co-head of the Senior Support Department with Tommy. He’s the Naptime Manager as well as the cat condo manager. Also bringing all 13 years of experience to the table, he’s always there with a soft mew of encouragement and a reminder to take your lunch break. In his spare time, he enjoys sitting on sun-soaked windowsills and “hunting” his toy mice!
